and see...I thought so ...the way you hold your body...a composed wave is what comes to mind...I guess having the discipline helps were you are ....to keep your cool...meanwhile...
I am a confessed couch potatoe that had a stroke and now trying to take better care...(thank god no extensive damage)I've always appreciated the martial arts but feared my temper would not prove a good mix with it...my daily battle...
might change my mind tho....need something...
where would you suggest a true beginner start...

To answer your question on my picture, yes I do Martial Arts.. I'm a Disciple of The Red Tiger Combatant System founded by Samuel Shamar Lindsay. It's a mixture of styles that suit me very well. ( smile) I love the arts

i believe i found it
when i was setting up my profile page.
check through the areas of the profile blocks,
it's under media or music i believe.
go to your profile and find the edit area
there should be a music block in there somewhere
then you can upload music from your computer
or from website online.
i hope this helps.
